I would say it is a long term play. Not that it is a bad name, just not great. The market is not there for it now and not likely for some time. You never know when a good interest will seek up but hard to get the dream ROI now.
If you are not willing to hold it for 10 years, you better start to market it to a investor now. Lower ROI expectations.( a smart dump ) Get something now rather than hold it and have much more invested.
Not many in these boards have money to invest so look around.
