I wish it was the singular version. Being plural kind of limits it to a directory site rather than the website of one plumber in terms of commercial use. I'm on the fence with that though.

A third option is a site for plumbers licensed in Oklahoma. May want to research that avenue.

I'll say low $xxx at the most.
