This is difficult to understand. Like @J4wd mentioned, even I am confused about the same thing. I see some search results in Germany but it's difficult to understand what the product is, who would be the buyer.
But NameBio tells a different story. There are so many 'oko' domains sold and that gives me some hope.
Look for one more opinion on this one, as 'oko' term seems to be hot on Namebio but Okodent doesn't have a search result.

Taking a guess here. Put a $899 tag or so.
