Care to explain this ?

Sure. I am able to sort domains by value and sales potential. That's easy. The problem becomes assigning a dollar value to them. It's not possible to accurately gauge why a domain commanded a specific amount of money. Search volume, for example, does not mean $x will be added to sale's price. It just isn't a linear relationship, especially with brandables. Basically, buying based on solid data like high search volume, strong backlinks, or whatever doesn't guarantee a high price tag. We like to think it does because we can justify our asking price... but in reality it merely gives you a better chance of getting offers. The offers are more representative of the ability to profit off the name. Investment.com is worth more than Pig.com not because it has better stats but because it's a better business model.

Make sense?
