I am holding this and curious to know the valuation as reseller and also as end user. Reason I am asking your opinion because in different keyword tools it is showing highly searchable but some of the free appraise tools are showing $0 value.

Please let me know your view as it is .in ext.

The word is highly searched, but almost always in conjunction with another word. Dry skin ointment, acne ointment...but who just searches for "ointment?"
I can't imagine what use it would be to an end-user, unless there's a company that makes just ointments for all kinds of things. So not much value, in my opinion.

It is quite a broad category, and it might be too broad as Domainace has said, but I still think it is a fantastic domain to hold onto.
