The biz tld is generally misused, but in this case it suits perfectly. The name it self consists of two very good keywords. I think you should build it into a stock-market related site with live pricing/tips etc. Maybe also link it through to spreads companies such as IGindex, cantor or finspreads.

Considering all other major TLDs are taken as well.. I'd say that only increases the sale price. Not going to value this one though, I'd only be guessing but for me personally it would be worth more than mid $xx.
