The preferable arrangement would be ExploreOil .com or OilExploration .com (both of which are presumably taken) and what you have is a tough sell unless priced in the 3-fig. If you get an offer in that range, take the money and be happy with making a profit (assuming you haven't held it for 2 decades).

Btw you might notice that most appraisal requests rarely get responses, as the regulars here believe that whatever questions a newbie has will be answered through reading (a view which admittedly defeats the purpose of having an appraisal section but oh well..)
