I am selling ohsojuicy.com which includes a message board (http://www.ohsojuicy.com/boards) that has over 200 members. The main site is setup with a script that allows you to offer free blogs/journals to your visitors. As part of this sale, I will make the script active for registration so you can start using it (It has not been launched since I installed it).
The site recieves on average 500 uniques a day and although adsense banners are on the bottom of the forum, we have not made any profit.
Everything goes with the site.
