I don't really see value as a developer who is setting up a vps will usually want it in their or in another specific country.

Although if I'm wrong, it's a very good domain. A few like it exist so I guess there's a market.

Have you looked at the AdWords spend levels on this term, as that will give you some indication to domain value.

I guess it means it has some value, but what range I could expect from that?

I think its a nice domain name, perhaps try offering it to some hosting companies?
