I'm a web developer with a lot of work, sometimes more than we can handle in a reasonable amount of time, and often we are too expensive for our customers and potential customers. So from time to time I entertain the thought of outsourcing some work to off shore developers.
Does anyone have any experience with this? Was your experience positive? I'm concerned with finding someone who does the same level of quality work that we do. Ultimately we are responsible for what we turn over to our customers. I can see that going really well, or really horrible. How does one proceed with this and get good results?
