The 411 domains, combined with an intelligent directory could do very well given the current market for alternative IT solutions. Bids, RFP and RFQ could (imo) quite nicely support a resource/directory and perhaps a reverse auction type service or forums.
We principally support and develop for the consumer sector (ecommerce, portals, communities) so this market is a bit out of our area of expertise but we'd love to see someone take these domains and do great things with them.
