First page on Google for "official twilight merchandise" and "twilight merchandise" which gets 135,000 searches a month. I get about 300 hits a day from organic traffic and the site is 14 days old.

I'm also looking to sell if anyone is interested.

Is this the OFFICIAL site, endorsed by the publishers of the Twilight series with signed contracts allowing you to use their name in such a way?

If not they are going to come after you, they are very aggressive when protecting their copyrights and trademarks so I advise taking it down right now

(If you do not have any endorsements from the actual source you have no right to use that name, though if you wish to keep using it I suppose you should, I have not seen anyone sued recently for $100,000)

What can I do with the domain name? I'll take the site down, but If I still own the domain what will happen?

Nope...parking is just as bad...if not worse. I would grace delete if possible.

14 days hope you can GD but two weeks might be too long. Might just have to delete if from account and move on

Contact them, notify them that you were uninformed and offer it to them - you might get a treat for being upfront.

Worth a try, it's really not a crime unless you deface their brand and make money trading on the site.
