Not sure what type of commercial project one can come up for this name, may be a site for printing office directories. But generally the businnesses prefer to use their own business for their site, besides name has no overture and wordtracker, hence no benefit to switching to it. .net and .org is available as well. Undeveloped worth reg fee for resellers imo.
