Dunno.

As a dictionary world, It's good. Not sure how it could be monetized or if it is a popular search term. I could see how it could be a great "brandable" name, though. Maybe travel...? I know if west.com were available, I would register it in a heartbeat - so by that logic - it might work.

I was thinking along the same lines of grabbing some spanish.mobi. Problem is that the only spanish I know is profanities. Not wanting to register any questionable names, I went for the more innocuous senora.mobi, senoras.mobi, & senoritas.mobi. Time will tell if they were "inspired choices" or not.

there are still some great "Spanish" mobis left, as well as "Portuguese" (Mobile Internet usage is growing in Brazil -- and big mobile phone users)

I registered several -- which I intend to either develop or find partners who shall --

also have been getting some nice offers from Chinese speculators/developers? regarding a few mobi____.mobis -- as well as variations of premiums --- not very subtle; one lad said, "i want that mobi with desperation and please let me buy" --- at this point, no selling and no more buying, unless I find a rare jewell that got overlooked during the gold fever rush

will contact developers re: some of my regs in the following areas: 1) travel, 2)payment transactions (will be tricky without patent pending technology or licensed technology), 3) Games, 4) Sports, 5) dating, 6) Entertainment, 7) weather ---

anybody have experience with Ajax-enabled java applications for mobile phones -- recommendations would be greatly appreciated -- I will be in touch - right now I'm in transit --

thnx, Nametrekker

I did a google search on "Oeste" and i got 30,900,000 results. Oeste is also a region in Portugal, which is interesting since this is a spanish word. I think I'll hold on to this for awhile and see what happens. I should probably start learing more spanish too :)
