You have a short domain name, but it isn't really relevant to the content of your website. Try and think of some acronym for OE and it will be a lot easier to advertise and remember your website.

I have reviewed many sites similar to yours, and the secret behind the sucess of these sites is the content it provides. The good news for you is that your content is excellent. I have never seen most of your videos before, which is great. When you add games and pictures, keep it in mind for uniqueness.

Your navigation is simple. Good to see you have hyperlinked your thumbnails. Links [http://www.oe6.com/links.html + http://www.oe6.com/tradelinks.html] do not work, I assume you are still working on the website.

On the right and left hand side areas of your website, there is a lot of room there for content and advertisements. Remember not to fill them up to much or it looks unorganised. Possibly links to your most popular content and newly added content are some ideas.

When you develop your 'Submit' content page, make sure it is user friendly. I see certain sites make it really complicated.

Lastly, instead of pop-ups, try having the content on a normal page. Pop-ups can be annoying and it would be easier to view on a stable page and it will also be easier for your ad placement.

And on a small note, get your site a favicon and remove the '//' in your Partners box. Maybe something else?

In the partners side bar, what is the point of the //? You may aswell remove the partners column and just have add your link here.
I thought it was another arcade site when I first visited it, but then I read the videos etc. There is not much to differentiate your site from the many others out there. Though you may have unique videos now, in the future you will just be like every other company. The same videos, etc... Nothing different from you or them.
As mentioned above, your name is short but not something that an average joe would remember. You have no branding to the name. You need to come up with a name to OE6. What ever (acronym?) you can find.

This design is very simple but fast loading, needs alot more work but seems like your getting there. I would throw a few more graphic images to help pull the site together.

I think you should get rid of the boxing of all your content and take up some lighter colours, giving it a fresh look. Also you might want to add some things like rating and tagging/labeling so your users can give some form of input and help distinguish the video's; the good the bad, etc.
