If you are not the owner then no one will type the extra "s" to get to your site. The oddsize.com is a parked page and that is a good news for you until the day someone develops a site with oddsize.com then your end user is out the market. low xx if you are lucky.

I could actually see this being developed as a site for selling odd sized products as you mentioned. Might get $xx for this but it won't sell fast.

I have to be the contrarian here. I think this is quite a reg. Short 2 word name, easily readable, good phonetically, complete meaning (no interpretation/extrapolation necessary), extremely "brandable", 8 characters, .com. PLUS, this is a market niche that's been developing quickly the past several (8-10) years. These days, on the radio, every station has ads for plus size, small size, or specialty clothing/shoe stores. I see a big market here. This name MUST be developed to maximize any value. The big boys and girls have already got their names, brands, and have thousands on staff to dream up more. Also, the owner of the singular .com could be a domainer, or portfolio holder, or someone who's left the industry altogether, or it may have been a potential name for a larger company that got scrapped.
If nothing else, parking should get you some nice monthly income. Develop this name and the sky is the limit. Undeveloped low$xxx Mini-site low $x,xxx Developed (ie; forum, blog, articles (syndicated or owned), features, e-commerce ... unlimited potential as far as recurring income goes, but also no upper limit for sale; mid $x,xxx if sold after minimal (beyond mini-site) development.
