What are your opinions on this one?

i recently bought it together with other domains from somebody, and think that I overpaid for it.

Domain with www has a PR1, and was registered more than 3 years ago, in February 2004.

What do you think is it worth in the reseller market?

Resale? $15 maybe. I would develop it if I were you.

If it is $15, then I overpaid well for it. Anyway, I am thinking of developing it actually, because there is demand for these sites. Maybe a link to all occult sites, a directory. Saw some directories of this kind with terribly ugly names.

Great Idea. Maybe list all the cults of the world/usa, and then have a side of sites that is PRO Cult A and then a side of sites that is ANTI Cult A. Hope you get my meaning. Site is sounding more valuable now. lol Good Luck dude.

I'd go for the New Agers.

Huge market out there, and heaps of sites to list/link to etc.
Deepak Chopra, Neale Donald Walsh, (the dude that talks to the big 'G'), Oprah even?, Sedona, Wiccans, crystal grippers, self development etc. There's heaps of people out there sick of the old religions and looking for new ways to express their connection with the divine.
All the above normally get lumped tpgether in one box called 'occult'.

Check the occult section of a bookstore for great ideas.
