The term OC3 gets used a lot by web hosts and ISPs, so its a good name as far as name-recall goes. Don't know what to do with it, though, seeing that its a .org.

Agreed with all above. Reg fee on this one. I was looking at it last week but decided to pass, as after some checks, it was pretty poor. As far as the ISP aspect goes, I think most ISP's look at OC192 and higher pipes rather than a 3

I personally like this domain name, it looks better than most 3 characters domain names out there!
Not sure about the extension being an .ORG, but you should be able to sell it for $15-$25 wholesale, good luck!
