Up for sale is a wordpress blog with a newspaper layout and feel. The blog is fully integrated with twitter, on a new twitter account that already has 15 followers and is growing rapidly whenever I promote it.
The site already has all on site SEO taken care of. Every post has a custom title tag thats targeted and on topic, and all meta information filled out as well as cannonical URL's already in place. The only aspect of SEO you will have to worry about is link building, which has already been started as well with forum posts and blog commenting.
The site earns about $.40 per click with adsense on the limited amount of clicks I've seen so far. The site receives small amounts of traffic from other sites, and a few SE referrals have started to trickle in as well.
The site has a photo gallery full of Obama pictures, as well as a video gallery that will come with videos of Obama.
The first 100 days will be covered up until the end of the auction (I know I'm a few days behind, but it will be caught up for you :D) As well as any other news worthy items.
