Another new purchase.

As well as a 3 letter .com, also a typo for loan, and as such over a $3 top bid at google.

common typo's are subdomains eg.
student.oan.com (studentloan.com)

The 'l' is close to the '.'

Don't know any stats yet.

Would appreciate any opinions.

The LLL.com sales have stopped all of a sudden. Domainers are realizing that its the time for LLLL.coms right now, and there is more value in keeping LLL.coms rather than selling them.
But as of today, you can get 25k+ on this name right now. Great letters...

I'll disagree with that one. People who are investing in LLLL.com's right now simply can't afford LLL.com's. The market for 3 letter .com's is still very much alive and growing. If it wasn't, the 3character guide wouldn't give them a higher price every update.

Great name, low/mid xx,xxx base - more depending on rev and end user potential. Lots of good high-tech acronymns.

This is because prices were arbed out well past wholesale; the market is still vibrant, it's just a bit richer.

I never said that prices were going down. They are on the up. But just that you don't see that many LLL.com sales as you did two weeks back. Every second high sale on Sedo was an LLL.com....now its LLLL.coms

LLL.coms will always be the kings...or rather, NNN.coms

Indeed, I am saying that the reason you don't see as many sales is because prices have arbed out beyond the wholesale level - everything decent below 4k was snatched up, and we're seeing a lot of hoarding: it's a cylical reseller process.
