it has decent appraisals ,but I don't get it ,I think people are just typing in the domain to get to a gamesite,otherwise I think its only a 200 domain , but sometimes I'm wrong

This domain is just one of several that point to the store' site, which has a different name. The store is doing well, no changes there. This domain is not essential to that business, so we're considering possibly selling it.

"Games" names sell frequently and well, but "only" isn't that strong as a pairing word.

I bet you could get a few hundred for it on Flippa if you list it for auction. Buyers there will like the age, and if you can provide traffic stats then that would only increase the value.
