Have had an offer to buy this domain, your thoughts on asking price and potential for it.

I would say sell if high $xx or more, but it totally depends on what you paid, your financial situation and original intentions for the domain, how long you are happy to sit on domains etc... That's just my personal opinion of current market value.

because it is three characters that does increase the value but the fact that it is a number hyphen and leter does it no good.

I would say low to mid $XX easy, more with the right buyer.

It's a fair offer. Depends on whether you're happy with $150 in your pocket or if you want to hold out for a better offer which could take a while.

I would hold out. I honestly find that the first offers are never the best ones. If you don't find an offer any better, contact the original bidder and chances are he will still be interested.

I think this would be a difficult name to brand. I'm sure users would get confused about the name if they heard it or even saw it.

Still, this name is still worth low XXX in any case

The only reason I would say hold out is because it does look like that face that many people use in Instant Messenger conversations. (o-0) or something like that. Therefore, it may have some appeal to people who specialize in that genre.
