Questions in development of site

To increase the value of this domain I was considering developing it but was wondering if anyone out there had any good ides.

Travel related site i believe thats the route to go but not sure?

It is a kinda strange match for .co.uk but could be developed as you described, a UK travelers guide/info site for NY. I wouldnt give it much wholesale value prior to dev., why cause most people would prob. prefer to own something more generic and not just limited to travel info for NY.
