do you see any legal probs associated with the nyctransit.info?

Where I live all the transport companies are using info's for their timetables etc .. im not from NYC, does anybody know if there are any public/private transit companies who run under this name?

As a New Yorker, I should point you to this:

The MTA uses NYC Transit all the time, although their website is mta.info (another fine .info!).
