Well this name could go for a good price i think see its a short domain (10 chars) and flows nicly so its easy to remember.

So if you cant develope you should so sell them for a nice amount

Idea: find the top companys in NY and try and find out if they support the web and provide there employees with chat rooms.

Well development for this is simply get a forum software... i wont recommend vB at this stage, perhaps some other free one and start making posts on it, get people to post on your forum about new york, the life style, the people, the roads, hangouts, parties etc etc!
