As we review NyCityCafes.com - we review "cafe" domain sales comparables. It turns according to namebio, The domain cafe.com recently sold for $300,000 - this is obviously the premier keyword.

Knowing that, it does give a little spike to other "cafe" names, including potential for NyCityCafes.com - having both versions with and without the (s) is a nice insurance policy. However the truth is that "Nycity" domains, are abundant and easily available. Without any development, there is little chance this would even be picked up by a reseller. Unfortunately this domain name is a Regg fee price without development.
