It might be good as a redirect or SEO domain, but nobody in NYC that runs a security company is going to use this as a main domain.

So maybe target NYC security companies with outbound and tell them about the SEO value, if you are familiar with how that works.

btw NYC Home Security delivers 140 monthly searches + some more with other words added.
That's pretty good in this case since a high % of those searching people will actually go into the shop, if rest of SEO is on point, nycHomeSecurity.com should be 1st site on the top and the owner will probably have at least 20 cutomers more per month...
