It also could work for the Pacific Northwest. Some sites in the Washington, Oregon, Idaho area of the US. Since I am in that area, I would pay low to mid $xx for it. Higher of course if it was a .com.

I picked this domain up from the snapname's drop service at the lowest possible price. Its my second 3 letter/char domain name that i've gotten.

Someone mentioned the pacific North West, Im from Oregon, so that was my thinkging as well, I also found the London connection, I have a feeling this would be a good name if developed properly.

it was close to a manual reg. I didnt pay anything more than the drop premium, I was acutally surprised to see this one come through, I was a lil disapointed to see idn.net go so high - Glad I got this one though.

London is divided up into postal codes just like US zip codes.

W1, SE1, WC1, N1, SW1 and NW1 are all the central London Postal Codes meaning they represent the most afluent districts.

I had a friend register his night club holding company in Guildford as GU1. It worked very well for him giving him a strong image in the town.

I would find a directory of buisnesses in NW1 and mail them that the domain is going to be auctioned.

I would concentrate on Real Estate, but even Bars, Pubs and Nightclubs would be strong contenders as bars and clubs constantly like to reinvent themselves regularly changing their names.

I certainly think you could acheive $x,xxx if you contact enough buisnesses.
