Nucleus Blog PHP mod help wanted

I need someone to do a few things to set up a Nucleus CMS Blog for me. The main thing is I need some work done so I can post to the blog by email, sending it HTML emails that contain links. You will have to know some PHP and edit the post-by-email plugin that I am using. I may also want some SEO work done if you know how to do that as well.

You can also recommend another blog platform, but not WordPress. If you know something that has most of the functionality of Blogger, then let me know because that is what I used to use before they got stupid on me.

Post or PM with info and an estimate of the cost. If you don't know what Nucleus CMS is, that's ok, but go and learn about it before you contact me. If you know are want to learn more PHP, I may have some other small jobs to do.

Personal preference mostly. It's also more complex with more features than I need. And it tends to be more of a target for hackers.

The main reason is that I set one up so I could post by email and I was not happy with the way it worked. Then somehow a hacker found out what the post-by-email address was and was spamming the blog with junk. Bad experience. I use password-type of email addresses and none of my 70 Blogger blogs ever had the same problem.

I looked at several blog platforms and most didn't have post-by-email or I didn't like them. Nucleus is not the best by far, but it works well enough and has the features I want. I need to replace ALL of my booger blogs and I want to add some more so I don't want any damn problems if possible.
