Excellent find, I've been looking around but can't seem to find anything even half as good as that. Develop it a little, nothing major - even just as an adsense site with a few pages relating to the domain name. Keep it running for a while and see what kind of traffic/revenue you get from it.

As a developed site I'd say your looking at around low - mid $xxx

Undeveloped, hmm.. i'd still think it would fetch a reasonable amount; very high $xx to low $xxx.

Very nice find IMO. If you can find someone who works or worked in the service it could be a goldmine for you. While I am not a big fan of .info it this situation it works well because it can be targeted more towards being an informational site. I would say high $xx to mid $xxx. Good luck!
