I don't know a whole lot about appraising, so I try not to do it much, but I stick around this board a lot so I can see what other people say about domains. I figure if I get a number in my head and most people say something near that, I'm getting closer to understanding what a good name is.
I don't know how many results from google is good, and BBC making an article about it seems okay, I guess... but when I look at that domain, what I honestly see is a site for kids in school to use as a source for a report on nuclear weapons. I think the words are good because people are often talking about it, but it's kind of a time thing. Once people stop talking about it, the words won't be as good. From the viewpoint of an end-user, I can't see a ton of value in it, so I imagine a reseller would see even less. Maybe someone else has a different view on what the domain could be used for, and it could be better than I think it is, but I don't see it.
