Orders must be delt through our order form - http://www.npserve.com/order/ in order to process your account. Go through the order form, when you finish and it asks for NP$ payment just exit, I will then activate your account. Without going through the order form it would be a mess for us to bill each user per month

The "Domain(yourname.com)" part of the form does not work.

You click on the box but cannot enter any text, then if you go to submit without filling it in, it doesn't let you.

You must enter the domain here: http://npserve.com/order/. Then you go to the next page and fill out the rest of the info. It then saves it on the next page to our database and processes your order. I have had orders since you sending the NP$ and have had no issues.

The upload problem I was having at my old host is still happening.

Apparently, most servers come with a 3 minute upload cut off point if no data is recieved, which is what happens with my script.

It's not a problem with the script as upload.la uses the same script and it works perfectly.

Would appreciate if this problem could be rectified?

It's a php.ini setting which allows maximum php upload & time limit.

Put something like this in the htaccess for the timeout:

KeepAliveTimeout AMOUNT_OF_SECONDS

And this for max upload:

php_value upload_max_filesize 10M

That's all I can think of to fix your issue.
