NPs for a WordPress theme

Good morning.

I'm looking for someone who can take my design and turn it into a theme for WordPress for a new blog.

I'll give a screenshot of what the page should look like, the colors for text, links, background, etc.

For search engines I'll want the headlines of the articles in probably <h4>. I'll need sidebars for advertisements (Google, Amazon, and my own) which I'll supply the sizes for and also sidebars for various links.

Let me know if you are interested in doing this and how many NPs you'd charge.
