NP$ Loans?

So I went to the Banking section of namepros and there is a spot that says NP Loans.

Now is Namepros going to have a loan system for NP$ and how would that work etc?

Just curious on the new feature and if you can explain that system a little bit more as It could prove to be useful in the future to some users.
