NP$ bank

I think we should enable the bank option where users can DEPOSIT and WIDRAw NP$...i dont care if we get any INTEREST on it...but it will be cool to have it...

I usually waste my NP$..and if the bank thing is enabled i can TRY To save some NP$ :p
