I was recently contacted by a private organization wanting to acquire the name, which is also going to be a full blown documentary regarding the current conspiracies about the middle east/oil/war and all the fun stuff. They provided me a great amount of detail but neglected to state an offer, so I am wanting to hear some opinions.

It isn't 2 14 year olds and they have produced several other publications. I am not one for what they are producing but they seem, after some research, have quite a following worldwide.
