domain Noun.biz and Cellstudy.com Appraisal Requests

I usually appraise my own domains but I am curious to see what other NP members would appraise my domains as.

1. Noun.biz

Short, four-letter, one syllable word, 8833 Overture, easy to remember

2. CellStudy.com

Short, easy-to-remember .com name, stem cell study and cancer cell study becoming increasingly important topics today

Noun.biz sounds kind of awkward. It is a one-word, one-syllable domain, but I don't think the noun and .biz go together. I think finding an end-user would be very difficult. But there are always domainers that want to buy domains like this. Given the length and extension I'd say mid $xx to $1xx for this one.

CellStudy.com has potential. Besides the obvious stem cell research or biology cells angle it could also be cell phone studies (ie. cell phone radiation study, cell phone reception study, etc). I would say low $xxx for this one with potential for mid $xxx or higher with some development.
