Official thread for all things NotRenewing.com don't let your domain name expire without trying first.

Domains must be at least 24 months old and expiring within 12 months. Paid plans include young domain slots that let you list domains under 24 months — the number of slots depends on your tier. There is one submission form for everything: add any domain and we check its age for you, using a young domain slot automatically when it is under 24 months old.

Listings stay active until your domain expires. You can relist for free if your domain doesn't sell.

The free tier includes 25 listing slots. Paid plans are billed monthly and include more slots and young domain slots:

• Starter — $5/mo: 50 listing slots, 5 young domain slots
• Growth — $12/mo: 150 listing slots, 15 young domain slots
• Pro — $25/mo: 300 listing slots, 25 young domain slots

Every domain is still $99.

It seems like the perfect venue right now for that.

There are people willing to flip decent names and people willing to buy decent names.

For a domain investor, wholesaling works better than with .AI because it's turning like $12 into $85 (after fees).
With .AI, that would make no sense.

On a side note, even if .SI takes off marginal terms won't. So, be selective.

At this moment it is a 3.8% cancel rate on .si.

Thanks for sharing this, about .si sellers not delivering. It's a low percentage.

Do you have any other stats beyond .si? With 818 successful transfers since NR launch (across all TLDs), I'd love to hear what other trends you're seeing.

I had 2 fail. Both .COM.

But, that is out of almost 50 buys.

There was a third, but it was one I expected to fail as the domain was way too good to be listed. It was like a 5+ figure wholesale domain. So, I am not counting that one.

You don't blame the seller that listed this domain?
