Yeah...I remember doing that for you...it was like an 8 dollar job .

Anyway appraisal is based upon domain value...not personal opinions. There just isn't any resell value in this. If you are buying a domain for personal development, then it is worth something to you. When I do appraisals I value it as if you were to resell it.
