How much would I ask you to pay me to take this off your hands you mean? Unless you live in a town called 'northgate' and own a roofing company the name is meaningless.

Of course there are towns with that name, but unless the roofing company is already called 'northgate roofing', I'm not sure how many you are going to convince to pay money for a domain that isn't their company name. Most roofers work as part of a family business...and they are generally more 'blue-collar' than they are tech savy, so it might be a hard sell.
