Is there a way to sign up for the Yahoo! Publisher Network Beta Program if you are outside the US?

i don't believe so... it's unfortunate that they don't at least open up to other tier 1 or tier 2 countries.

Even if you are in the US - they don't accept anyone.

That's what I read and picked up on various forums on trying to get a YPN account.

No Yahoo is not accepting non-us publishers. most probably reason is they are targeting publishers of US/UK and want to strengthen their own geo targeting ad network.

In future, Yahoo might start this service for non-us publisher but after 1 year i don't see that coming.

Yahoo do not have a publisher network anymore. US or None US. One they had never came out of beta and then they closed it.

Cause everyone jumps on the boat from adsense, and squeezed the water out of the rocks of the advertisers as YPN pays higher for identical keywords, then the advertisers funds depleted, and that was basically the end of YPN. However, I still see some sites have overture ads/ypn ads, I know the secrets.

Its no longer available. Last year they made an announcement about closing and asked their publishers to join chitika.

You can try chitika if you want. Its good too.
