there is a lot of media surrounding NO FEE NYC APT (apartments) right now that might be a good explaination, but at the moment I am happy to be getting offers...

FYI: How am I getting offers? I implemented a direct mail marketing plan. I have quite a few real estate related domains and knowing that realtors (being one myself) like sending direct mail- I reversed the process and have seen great results not only with this domain but with others as well...

Well that type of marketing of your domains should increase your appraisal value, like with this domain! End users are always nice to have

Yep... but there is a methodolgy to be used when doing this that has proven effective... it is also time intensive on the sellers part...
