What is the current market value of NNNN.net? I suspect it is low XX - am i close? Do you think the value will appreciate any time soon?

Someone told me not long ago: reg fee. But I did a search on TDnam for one and didn't find any NNNN.net's or .com's for sale. Maybe I searched wrong but I added the one I own, see how that goes.
