I don't think there are any big TM issues.

There are hundreds of sites using the nintendo name:
all-nintendo.com
play-nintendo.com
nintendoland.com
etc...

I have read in the past that Nintendo doesn't pursue trademark violations much at all when it comes to domains.

This is a great Nintendo domain.

Again, I wouldn't place a value on the name as it's a TM. However, if you set up a successful Nintendo Site, the their will be quite a bit of value as Nintendo has no problem with fansites using their name in the domain.

I think it is a fairly good domain however in a situation like this, you are still profiting off of someone else's legally trademarked name.

That is what will limit your potential buyers market however there are some places that can legally have a domain like yours and that would be those places who sale nintendo goods such as gamestop, etc.

I think your best best isn't in the reseller market with this one, because you will only get the bottom of the barrel price for it, but instead I would market it to retailers who specialize in nintendo stuff, especially since the Wii is so hot right now ... maybe do some front end development work on it and really raise the value of the domain.
