Hi, I am putting my network of proxy sites up for sale. The Ninja Proxy network includes:

As you can see, traffic has been climbing steadily, reasching past 11,000 visitors this week. There was a network wide server crash on May 4th and part of May 5th. Please ignore traffic for those days. 241517 unique hits and 3 million page views and in April.
Other sites' traffic is measured through Awstats for the whole month of April.

As you can see, the smaller sites still are small, but are showing potential. Free to view used to be a flagship site, but due to a downtime on the server some time ago, it all didn't go too well in the end.
Proxy genies on April 27th and 28th beat the 1000 unique hits/day record for the first time, so showing progress.
DrProxy seems to show insane unique hits per day on some days. I'm not sure why that is so, but that's what the stats show.
PimpMyIP is one of the better sites, keeping up steady traffic.
NinjaProxy is always up. At the beginning of April, it was getting 9000 unique hits per day on some days, now it's going at 11,000. It's also by far the largest money earner.

I didn't check the future pagerank. I've found that tool to be horribly unreliable.

Earnings are always low on the weekends due to people not needing the proxy, and always high on the weekdays, when people are at school/work.
Basically put, I suck at optimisation. I'm a PHP programmer, a damn good one, but this is out of my field. As you can see, I am getting an eCPM of $0.16 for RightMedia. Even the double of that would be low (but would double your earnings).
Advertising
I've done no advertising. Some sites were addd to some proxy directories when they were made, I'm not sure. I have linked all sites to each other. NinjaProxy has links from VideoGameChat.net and LastOCP.com pointing to it, both are my sites. The new buyer can remove these links, or we can agree upon a link exchange.
Servers
The sites are currently running on 2 dual P4 servers. One has NinjaProxy on it, another one has all the other sites, but it also has a forum with nearly 400,000 posts, and a lot of other stuff. So I would say really 1 server and a half. They are purchased at SurpassHosting for $410/mo total, BUT if you count that other one as half a server, that would be $300/mo total. Additionally, if you expect these sites to really grow, which they have potetnial for, I would invest in more servers.
Scripts
Sites run both on the popular CGIProxy and PHProxy scripts. The PHProxy script has been modified by me personally to add these 2 modifications:
1. Bug fix. The original script doesn't display the url include forum if the body tag of a site is empty
2. Anti-hotlinking fix. People who link images through the proxies will get a hotlink image. Images can be accessed only if you are browsing a page using the proxies.
Reason for selling
I'm starting up my own software company. I could really use a bit of extra funding.
Considering the fact that the traffic is going up and up throughout the network, and that earnings are constantly going up and up (May 2nd it earnt over $85), I'm looking for pretty high offers. I know of the usual 10x monthly revenue calculation, but the revenue here is growing and growing, and there is no expense from you time wise. It just sits there and earns money without you doing anything.
