Your new logo looks good, but you should remove the inner shadow so it would stand out. Other than that I can't see anything else to review, everything else looks good as is. IMHO, it looks more like a blog now, you should make your own template and not use a blog-type script for it.

It's a complete portal system. If I remove one part, the rest fails. The index is a news page, so it would be like a blog anyways. The other pages dont really look like blogs, do they?

IMO your logos still a little plain. You been backgrounds a banner somthing to spice it up, the entire template really looks plain. if your gonna be a production company i suggest produceing a better lookin template so it catches peoples eye when they look at it.

What do you have in mind? Image backgrounds for the "blocks" (Sections on the left and right), a gradient top bar, something like that?
