Searches/month for "Portugal Telecom": 360
"Portugal Telecom" is the biggest telecom provider in Portugal, there can't be no Trademark issue because it's a domain hack and secondly it can be a general telecom info/providing site for the Portugal country. I have checked with the owner of PortugalTelecom.com and he also doesn't have trademark issues.
