after looking at all sales of .SE names, it seems that when they do sell they sell for a lot, and refinance seems like a much better name then some of the other names that sold for much more I'm going to saw low $X,XXX for now until I find better evidence of sales comparables. I'd probably have to do a hardcore RVER method on this to figure it out properely.
