I went there Mr. R & it forwards to a .de(german) site with no english link.
Am I missing something?
I would bid on the name but I'm not sure how I would manage it if I got it.

It wopud work through a domain transfer from my provider to your provider. This takes about 4 days. The 2nd possibility is that you register yourself at United Domains and i just swap it to your account.
