Honda has recently made quite a stir with its NGV (Natural Gas Vehicle) Civic. It is the cleanest car in the world and Natural Gas is cheap ($1-2 a gallon) in most states. Boone Pickens is pushing for wind energy and start using natural gas in our cars. Plus, hybrids are the most fuel efficient cars in the world.

I figure it is only a matter of time before someone makes a NGV Hybrid
